HOW TO USE
For culinary purposes: Use this salt as you would regular table salt.
To boost energy: Mix a pinch of salt with water and a teaspoon of honey.
For salt gargle: Mix a 1/4 teaspoon of this salt with warm water and gargle. Refrain from performing salt gargling if there are lesions in your throat.
For a detoxing bath salt: Take 1 cup of this salt and add 10 to 15 drops of your favorite essential oil in your bath water.
For a foot soak: Dissolve 3 tablespoons of this salt in 1-2 litres of hot water and soak your legs in it. You can add magnesium flakes if required.
For aromatherapy: Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of this salt with 8 to 10 drops of essential oil.

Himalayan Pink Salt doesn't really have a fixed shelf life seeing as it was formed millions of years ago. However, it is best to consume it within 24 months of the packaging date.
