Sol Kadhi Recipe - Rural Treasures

  • 4 Tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
  • 150 ml lukewarm water
  • 6 Tsp kokum extract
  • 1 slit green chili
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 Tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 Tsp black salt
  • Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
  • Ice cubes

Making of Sol Kadhi:

1. Mix 4 Tbsp of our Coconut Milk Powder with 150 ml of lukewarm water.
2. Stir until there are no lumps and refrigerate.
3. In a glass, combine the freshly prepared coconut milk with kokum syrup, cumin powder, black salt, crushed garlic and a green chili.
4. Filter it through a sieve.
5. Add ice and garnish with coriander leaves.
Best served chilled.
