Coconut and Chocolate Chip Cookies


Prep Time: 10 minutes          Cooking Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

  • 1 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2-3 tsp milk
  • Chocolate chips

1. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.

2. In a bowl, mix the coconut flour, powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla essence and milk till a dough is formed.

3. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.

4. Divide the dough into 12 portions and flatten them.

5. Place them on a butter paper and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

6. Bake for 15 mins at 180°C.

7. Add toppings of your choice and relish.
