3 Ingredient Vegan Ice Cream
Prep Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Granular Jaggery
Method
1. Peel and slice the bananas. Keep them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
2. Add the frozen bananas, 1/2 tablespoon of granular jaggery and unsweetened cocoa powder in a mixer. Blend until it becomes smooth.
3. Garnish with the remaining jaggery granules and serve.
