- 300 ml coconut cream
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Cane Jaggery Powder
- 2 tsp Granular Jaggery
1. Take chilled coconut cream and whisk until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and powdered cane jaggery and whisk till you get stiff peaks.
2. Scrape the sides to ensure everything gets combined.
3. Top with jaggery granules.
