Nimbu Paani Recipe (Shikanji)

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
  • 1/4 Tsp chaat masala


How to make it:

  1. Take 3 ice cubes in a glass
  2. Add the lemon juice, sugar, Himalayan Pink Salt and chaat masala.
  3. Pour cold water and stir well.
