  • 60 g Keto Flour
  • 20 g flax meal
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • Salt

1. Combine sifted coconut flour, flax meal, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

2. Fold in the softened butter. Then add water and mix until the dough is formed.

3. Portion the dough into 6 equal parts. Place a ball between two parchment papers and roll it into the shape of a naan.

4. Heat a pan and add ghee. Cook each naan on both sides till they brown.
