- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Vanilla essence
- Milk as required
1. Mix the coconut flour, powdered sugar and softened unsalted butter to make the cookie dough.
2. Refrigerate it for 1 hour; then roll and cut it into any shape of your choice.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
